Workers were really rude!

I stayed in 2 different Holiday Inn Express hotels during this trip. The one in Albuquerque was great, the one in Dallas was terrible. Despite having a no smoking room, my room and the entire 3rd floor smelled strongly of smoke. This was not a pleasant stay.
