The tv wasn't working

Our only negative was that the tv remote sound and channel numbers did not work. The sound cut off every 20 min or so and wi had to turn it off, keep tapping the channel up arrow to return to the high number 39 i was watching. It was a pain but i did not feel like switching rooms after I was all settled and discovered this. Room 311 the TV does not work but i meant to tell them but i hurried out for an appointment Sunday morning and forgot to tell them.
