There were little bugs all over our room. We took them down to the front desk and luckily they refunded our room. We stayed at this hotel two years ago and had a wonderful experience. I'm not sure what happened in those two years but I was not impressed this time. The carpet didn't seem vacuumed in corners, bugs in bed and in room, poor patch job of possible water leak in ceiling, requested a crib and it wasn't in the room, etc...
