Good location. 5 minute walk to the Filmore and good restaurants. But sheets and curtains had holes and stains. I disinfected everything.

This is a very busy hotel. The staff seems overwhelmed because there simply aren't enough employees to handle the crowd. As a person with a Diamond membership, I was only offered a breakfast coupon for cold items which only allowed to eat unhealthy processed food. The key demagnetized a few times. Some of the lights didn't work in the room. You can hear everything here which disrupted my sleep. I will never return.
