front desk opportunely gave me sometime else's room/reservation...for two queens instead of a king. I called to complain and they insisted that that's what I booked. I still had my booking email pulled up and informed them of the contrary. Only then did they realize they had my name wrong. not sure how that mix up happens as I gave them both my credit card and ID at check in. did they not even look? fortunately they gave me the correct room quickly. rooms were a little dingy, not new. poorly updated. bathroom walls had pencil marks that the renovators must've used to align things. sheets had a few holes and stains. no mini fridge or in room safe. didn't live up to expectations.
