Staff were rude when asked for linen that was forgotten to be placed in room by maids, Hot tub was out of service , no trash can in entire hotel room

Their was homeless people walking near foot in the lobby. Receptionist was rude. Got locked out of our room. No hot water. Sliding door wouldn't open. Nasty smell through out hotel. Bed sheets were gross. Outside was not kept up with.
