I have stayed here at least 4 times because they have the cheapest rate. However I have been BEYOND appalled and disrespected there. first off I made my latest reservation3 days in adavanced. They ran my credit card without my permission(after it was noted I would pay CASH there and my card was strictly to hold my reservation) then when it came back with insufficient funds they cancelled my reservations and NEVER contacted me to inform me. Upon getting off work after working a 12 hr shift, I was rudely informed, had the explanation relayed in a nasty tone, and then did not receive the room I originally wanted. I bit the bullet and stayed there anyway. I asked for a 1pm late checkout. At 11:59 am (I exaggerate you not) the room phone rang. I did not answer . At 12:05 it rang again I answered and was told checkout was 12. I explained that I had asked for a late checkout. I was told I did not have the right to ask for that and that if they said no that was the final verdict. The attendant yelled at me and finally I hung up on her after explaining that I had watched the night attendant make a note and sign his initials after my request. Housekeeping knocked on my door at 11:30 disturbing my rest and that was upsetting because if checkout is at 12 how and why would they clean my room before my slated departure. The experience was overall horrible even the free breakfast was lacking and presented poorly. I will NEVER recommend this establishment to ANYONE.
