The staff was nice, breakfast was pretty good and the shuttle service is great but the minute you walk in the lobby, it smells. The Lobby also was always warm. Due to past experiences with Hyatt hotels, were expecting something nicer, more updated and higher end. The rooms still have popcorn ceilings. The outlets jiggle away from the wall and the beds were small (full) not queen size as expected. But at least the bedding and towels smelled clean. On a scale of 1-5 stars, overall it's a 3.

Wow we're do I begin no electricity in our room overnight I had to shower and dress in the dark for my class no help from the staff it was a nightmare so hot my asthma kicked in
