Decent hotel

Had another customer walk in my room. Receptionist had given another customer room key to my room booked someone else in same room. Smelled liked cigarretes

Room smelled like smoke. Obviously was not cleaned thoroughly. Ashes on floor near bed. Old washcloth in restroom. Food left in fridge. Roaches all over the place

Canceled my reservation as soon as I walked in the room. Aside from the neighborhood being less than clean, the staff was not at all helpful.
