Nice hotel. Good breakfast buffet, though the increase in the room rate for it was perhaps a tad high. Good, friendly, effective front desk staff.

Attending a meeting and facility and staff were wonderful. Food wasn't great, but it was a lunch catered for 300 so not bad.

Every thing was wonderful, except when I ordered at the in-hotel restaurant. I ordered the bread pudding, with raisins and creme anglaise and caramel sauce, as a to-go item. When I returned to my room, with my order, there were no raisins baked inside nor creme anglaise atop. The bread pudding seemed a bit dry as well. I called the service line and requested the creme anglaise be sent up to my room. The restaurant manager called as well, to confirm the creme anglaise would be to me shortly. When the staff member arrived, he brought caramel, raspberry and white chocolate. He explained they no longer have creme anglaise and the menu is not up-to-date. I see that the staff were trying to make it right, by providing three different sauce options. I should have been told upon ordering that the creme anglaise is no longer available, as I confirmed it with the server. I should have then been told, when the restaurant manager called to confirm the creme anglaise would be delivered specifically. Please make note to update the menu. In the end, it isn't a big deal. It was quite the disappointment. Had I known what I would receive I would have chosen a different dessert or none at all.
