The front desk associate was very kind about helping our parents switch rooms. She was the brown skinned woman with a center part hair style. There was another lighter skinned woman with braces and a center part. Her attitude was the worst. The brown skinned girl helped us when she couldn't and we greatly appreciate it. The Indian man was also very kind when assisting us to make new room keys. We lost our key about 7 times and this hotel was very helpful with supplying us with new ones. Thanks Best Western!
