Very clean and nice establishment. The staff was wonderful and cared about customers satisfaction.

Jason at the front desk was awesome!! We actually booked the wrong type of room but he was able to get us a fridge and pack n play for our baby and toddler! He was beyond helpful. Yvette with housekeeping was great too. She's the one that took care of our cold stuff until we got a festive in our room. She then was the one that brought us the fridge, pack n play, and sheets for the pack n play. We will be returning again next week and are looking forward to our stay!!

We love the staff here as they always go above and beyond the call of duty! The only couple of minor things we could say negatively about our room is a light smell of a previous smoker upon entering the room (not strong enough to keep smelling it after being in the room a few minutes) and the lack of a second trash can. We did not bring these up to the staff, so they did not have the opportunity to address these minor issues. Overall we have been very pleased with our stay here and look forward to staying here again on our next trip to Indianapolis.

Tried calling front desk numerous times and no one answered. Disappointed the breakfast wasn't complimentary. $4.25 for oatmeal seriously!
