Quick tire rotation, did not have to wait long

We came in to get our tire fixed that was under warranty, and the guy at the front desk was extremely pushy on buying new tires. It was late and we had 3 kids, he told us to be back no later than 6:15. We were back approximately 6:10 and my car was not ready til 6:35.
