I love this hotel. It is very nice and has everything I need at my finger tips when I'm in NYC

1. The pillows were not comfortable and no other options were available. 2. There was an awkward space between the bed and bed post which made it difficult to sleep. 3. We were told there was no way we could control the room temperature/thermostat on our own and had to call front desk every time we needed an adjustment.
