Hyatt Place Atlanta/Alpharetta/North Point Mall

Rooms are beautiful breakfast is delicious. Staff is awesome

I've stayed here before and it's great! Rooms are clean and spacious. Perfect for business travel.

The overall stay was pleasant however we were on the third floor and the elevators were out the entire stay. We had to carry our luggage up and down three flights of stairs. Also the ice machine one our floor was not working and the. Ice machines on other floors were out as well.
