Really enjoyed my stay at Hyatt Place. First time staying there. Was truly impressed by the front desk staff and how friendly the housekeeping staff was to us. Will stay again when in the Raleigh area.also the free breakfast was very tasty.

It was my first time ever visiting a Hyatt hotel but I can say I was very pleased.

The cleaning staff must have been in a hurry. When I checked in there was a sandwich in my fridge and dirty towels on the hook behind the door in the bathroom

Room is nice but the air conditioning would not cool as expected. It was mostly comfortable but in the evening I really needed it to cool more. The thermostat showed it was 57 degrees but I can assure you it wasn't even close (not that I was trying to get it that cold either)
