Stay was perfect and relaxing! Breakfast was out of this world!!

There are maintenance issues in the room that needed to be addressed. There were also some issues with being double charged for prepaid rooms. The desk clerks and managers were great about trying to get the issues fixed quickly. Housekeeping was somewhat rude both days when we would meet in the hall and ignored the "come back later" sign. Breakfast was great, good amenities and convenient to A&M.
