Comfy beds!

I love Hyatt Place hotels, they are roomy and the atmospheres is great. They are always clean and the staff is always friendly and helpful.

Good hotel but the food system is weird. After travel and work all day I do not want to have to go downstairs to pick up my food order and be given a big heavy tray to try to maneuver back upstairs. Also, nachos were not good, chips all broken into small bits.

Staff was very helpful and friendly, room was spacious, but the beds were not comfortable at all! Had a hard time sleeping. Other than the beds, we have no complaints

They need friendlier staff upfront.
