The waiters at the museum bar were horrible and only cared about providing service to white people.

Fantastic hotel, spa was great!!! Our room was a bit dirty with urine on the floor by the toilet.

My room had sand on the floor. So every time I walked the sand grains would stick to me feet. Really uncomfortable. The lighting was very dreary in the rooms. The beds were not very comfortable. And the bartender at the bar downstairs could not make a drink for me properly, I gave up after the 2nd try.
