I've never been in a hotel like this week. Absolutely marvelous! May be a little pricey, but it is well worth it, guaranteed!

My room had a musty/mildew smell that really was disappointing. For the price I'd expect this to be a non issue. Very disappointing for the Hyatt name.

One room did not get cleaned. A bit unhappy about that.

Water took an inordinate amount of time to get warm enough to shower each morning. I was here 14 mornings.

this hotel was nothing special. But it was over priced. I will not return.
