Knights Inn Laurel

Hotel was dirty, no wifi, staff was rude & kept hanging up on the people that called me and asked to be transferred to my room, my room was clean even though sign said do not disturb, and lastly my room was supposed to be non-smoking and the guy said "we dont have any clean non-smoking rooms available" it smelled so bad of cigarette smoke ... never staying here again

Absolutely horrible experience. Our third room finally worked with the key, the other guests verbally harassed us, and the other guests outside our room were so loud we called the police. The room was filthy- there was dog food on the bathroom floor, a broken bed frame, and dirt on the floor. We were also given NO information about wifi or breakfast. We were HIGHLY dissatisfied with this hotel and will be sure to share our thoughts with the public.
