It's a roof over your head

The hotel was one of the dirtiest hotels I have ever been at. The carpet in the room was stained and ripped in spots. The door had gaps around the sides allowing heat in. The door lock dead bolt was broken. The air conditioner was not able to properly cool the room. The staff did provide a fan. The bath fixtures were stained and worn out. The base boArds were rotten in places due to water damage, and there were paint chips on the floor. Disgusting!! This place should be totally renovated.
