Clean. Great staff. Excellent breakfast. Facility is a little dates. But overall great price for what you get.

We have stayed at this location several times and will continue to go there when we visit KC. It is convenient to visit events in and around KC, has good safe parking, rooms are large. It seems that ALL motels have carpeting and it is always filthy. Can't they figure some type of hard surface flooring?

All was okay, but lighting was very poor

Clean hotel. Bathroom needs to be updated. Rust around certain bath fixtures.

Very clean and accessible. Same quick fast breakfast bar for travelers in a hurry. Our wifi connection was unusable??? They cancelled our door key while we were still loading our luggage and locked ourselves out. Andrea the clerk was not trained. She had to have someone walk her thru the check out procedure by phone. Over all a pleasant place to stay

We have stayed here several times but this will probably be the last. The motel is deteriorating fast. Carpets are filthy, wall covering has lots of rips, beds are lumpy. Layout of rooms is confusing with insufficient signage for finding rooms or lobby. we stayed here for location and rewards but there are several other chains in this area

Bathrooms need to be cleaner!
