didn't have any power for most of the night. they couldn't give us any answer to when it would be back on nor did they have any solution fir that problem

The tv was not working and it took quite awhile to get it fixed. The breakfast was sub par and they started taking it down 30 minutes early. The coffee was not hot, not even warm really. The Internet was not working.
