God beds

We have been here for 5 days. The pool is freezing and the "hot" tub is colder than my bath water. With two young kids it's very disappointing. First room we were in the heater was broken and would click very loudly ALL night long. Waking my 1 year old up all night. We come here a lot for my husband to work out here. I would just like the pool to be a bit warmer and cleaner. Also there are hardly ever any towels for the pool area.
