My room was not clean when I arrived. Dark hairs in the shower & used tissues in the trash. Creeped me out.

lounge was closed due to renovation

Stayed there in the past and always received a room upgrade which is why we decided to go back. However, did not receive the upgrade this visit. Disappointed.
