Nice close hotel

There were a group of very loud & rude teenagers right outside our first floor room window beginning at 7am. Unsure if they were hotel guests, but they ignored our multiple requests to quiet down and/or move away from our window and continued to loiter in the area until almost 9:30am (when we checked out). Security/management personnel seemed nonexistent on the hotel's property.
