We are always in the highest tier of this chain's member program for over a decade and a half now. The staff here keep telling everyone they have the best customer service. But, I overheard another customer complain about an issue this morning and by this evening I have to agree, this is the worst hotel in the chain. The front desk is so untrained they can't get a response from their manager for a common sense situation. I will take time to figure out how to post a review on the stupidity in the management's training and thought process of front desk staff and warn them of the terrible service at this hotel.
