The hotel smelled ugly

Reception and common areas look great! Stayed in 512. Pretty outdated... Bed was comfy enough. Tub doesn't drain well and I ended up standing in water during my showers. Breakfast was great.

I loved the hot breakfast. It was way better than expected. Honestly the only thing that was horrible were the towels. They were so incredibly rough that they actually hurt my skin. I

This Ramada is dated, but very clean. I felt very safe and comfortable staying here during an extremely busy weekend.

If my company has paid for the room for the night, why am I having to give them a deposit for my room

We had a bit of a hiccup with the front desk when we first arrived which turned us off. He just made no attempt to be accommodating initially. Everything else was positive.
