staff on the phone needs to be more aware and/or updated on the different things happening during the week. I can call 3 times in a row, ask the same question & get 3 different answers (mostly in the grand rewards department)

I love grand casino. the staff on the floor are always so pleasant, friendly and help with anything you need.

Once again, a wonderful buffet!!! I ordered the hot tea with my meal and much to my amazement, the waitress not only refilled my drink mug with hot water when she came back...but she refilled my little, metal warming pot too!!! This was so kind because normally as busy as they are running around, they don't get to the tables overly often. Not once during my meal on this visit did I have to sit there wishing the waitress would come with a hot water refill. It was terrific!!! I am not a smoker, so the icky, hazy air gets uncomfortable after a while. All in all, I had a terrific time and would DEFINITELY go back during the AWESOME craft fair going on in the convention center!!! Absolutely great time at Grand Casino!!! ??

This was my first time at the Casino. The variety was impressive. It was fairly easy to navigate around the place. Things were very organized.

My son was boxing in their venue and they are always very good to him when he fights there. That is why I go.

Came up to have some fun on my 40th birthday. Had a great time with crazy slots machines and great people.
