Extremely long wait. Over 2 hours standing in line for a reserved car is rediculous. Car was low on gas and dirty and the car reserved was not available. Terrible service.

I didn't get the vehicle that I rented. Reserved a van, but there were none there. It took almost two hours to wait in line at the agent. Car was not clean. The place was completely unorganized. I was completely unhappy, but couldn't go anywhere else unfortunately.
