Kiki’s hands are magic. Cannot wait to book another appointment with him specifically. I love that he uses oil instead of lotion! Wish it was essential oil scented.

I always feel welcome. I love Kim, I am always confident that I can depend on anything she says I need. I get lots of compliments on my skin.

Kim did an amazing job! She explained what she was doing, recommended an add on service which was great. The costs of that add on was pretty pricey in my opinion but overall a great facial.

I can always count on a professional and friendly experience.

Scarlet is such an amazing therapist. She has such good knowledge of her craft and is excellent at finding and treating the problem areas and great at making the experience so relaxing. Please treat Scarlet like an A+ employee so that she will never leave H&S.

I am always greeted with a smile by reception, and feel welcome. Kukki is very personable, and takes my feedback during my therapeutic massage-as in which areas need concentration. He genuinely cares, and that means a LOT! He is very respectful as well, and kind.

Josh is the best massage therapist I have ever had! The staff is lovely and welcoming! I love the delicious water and relaxing atmosphere!

Both Brandy and Cookie are great massage therapists and I am glad that when one is not available I can usually see the other.

Kuki has become my most favorite masseuse - and I have had several over the years at Hand & Stone. Massages have become essential in my health as well and I am thankful that having a membership allows me to come once a month. One thing I would like to clarify is the time. Do I understand that each 1 hour massage should last 50 minutes? Please confirm this for me. :)
