I love Kim! I always feel like I am special and I know I can trust anything she says I need done. It is always a special treat when I go for my facial.

I have been dealing with acne, so I wanted to see if a facial would help calm it down. Lauren suggested a classic facial with the use of salicylic acid to rid any bacteria. She also did not talk unless I chose to, which I really appreciate as my intention was to relax!
