1. Disappointed that the rates increased $10/mo, and I did not know it until I saw it on my credit card. 2. Scheduling issue, but the manager was wonderful in offering an upgrade as a service fix. 3. Don't like how the mobile app doesn't take into account my membership, it looks like I'm paying full price but it's adjusted when I come in. 4. The staff is great, glad they Brough on another massage therapist since it was really hard to find appointment times.

The staff at Hand and Stone is very welcoming and helpful. I very much enjoyed the facial and interaction with my esthetician. The studio is very clean and peaceful.

I love Lauren. I now try to book with her because I used to book randomly but didn’t enjoy my experience with one of the other gals. Lauren is patient, calm, mellow, knowledgeable, kind. Everything I need to feel relaxed for an hour. Love her.

The reception staff were so nice and accommodating. The massage therapist listened to what I wanted and areas to concentrate on and she focused on those. Everything is clean. Given that Covid is not gone everyone, including me, have relaxed our mask wearing. I’m hoping that it’s because the entire staff is fully vaccinated but they don’t say. I am fully vaccinated but continued to wear a mask indoors. I didn’t wear one to this hand and stone because I’m alone in a room with 1 person and it’s really hard to breathe when I’m face down on the table.
