It has been one of those weeks where there are a million things going on and I considered just forgetting the appointment, as it was just one more thing. Instead, I arrive a few minutes early, had a glass of water, took some deep breaths, and then crawled onto that nice, warm table (as it was a chilly day outside). The soft music and the expert pressure on those "knots" was just what I needed. I left my massage in much better spirits and am so glad I took the time for myself.

This was my first hot stone massage. It was a very relaxing experience and I will definitely be returning to the Castle Rock location. Erica was fabulous! She explained everything to me as it was happening. I left feeling very refreshed and the coconut water was the cherry on top!
