I always enjoy the treatments that I receive when I can finally get an appointment and if they don't cancel and cause me to have to reschedule. Six to * weeks out to find time on the schedule and them have it cancelled more than once with another 6 to 8 week out waiting period is unacceptable.

This was by far the best experience I have ever had at this location. I love the changes. I tried a new therapist and loved her and the overall experience from booking, to text confirmations, to the reception and friendliness from everyone now. Everything was smooth and everyone helpful. I love the new water mugs and the flavors.

The spa is clean and run relatively well, but the primary reason I like the place is for my aesthetician, Shelley. She is excellent, always does a fantastic job, and is someone I have gone back to for years.

The front desk girls were so kind. The manager helped with product questions. Shelly is the most amazing with me and my skin. Love her and the Castle Rock location.
