The ease of schefuling an appointment while at the location for an appointment is great. The rece3was helpful in remi ding me of ny benefits and rewards. More information about the rewsrds and benifuts would be great online. I would like to be able to add upgrades to my appointment online rather then when I arrive.

Friendly, clean, & relaxing atmosphere & staff

I felt the salon was professional and the overall feel of it was comfortable. My massage felt great and Jess was very professional as well.

Shelly always provides the most professional service. She is communicative, kind, and positive. I do wish there was more availability for massages. There is rarely an open slot to book an appointment.

You book a facial for 69.95 as a member … fine. Then I asked for microdermabrasion 40.00 more which is fine. Then you check out and it’s 100.00 more? What else did she do and why wasn’t I informed of the extra charges? I feel like they just pad your bill. On your flyer a signature facial and microdermabrasion is 149.00 as a guest. I just paid 169.95 as a member ? What’s that all about?
