Taking the first step into a new business (like a gym or spa) can be hard. But everyone I interacted with, from reception to the massage therapist, was super friendly. That goes a long way.

First time I was with Scarlett. She was extremely knowledgeable regarding the “knots” I had on neck a shoulders. Will definitely be going back to her.

The office staff is friendly and welcoming. I have only had good experiences at Hand & Stone.

I would like to have appointments available more frequently. It is sometimes hard to get an appointment within a month. But I also understand it is a busy location.
