This was the best facial I have received. Lauren did an amazing job and not only did I feel relaxed the whole time, I felt like the products she was using were just right for my needs. I felt like Lauren went the extra mile to educate me and keep me relaxed.

I had to book an appointment with a new therapist and I was not expecting too much for the first time, because I feel that a consistent massage therapist gets to know your body over time. My experience with Erica was better than expected and the massage was great!

The areas I had muscle pain was loose after the massage. Next day pain was gone. My wife has RA and it is hard to have just the amount of pressure that doesn’t hurt. She said it was great.

Staff very friendly, knowledgable, and helpful. Have had great experiences since I have been going there. Unfortunately, they lost my favorite and best therapist I've ever had (I think due to Covid) but the new therapist was very good also.

I am so happy that the receptionist was able to fix my account thanks to her high level of detail. My email has never worked in 2-3 years of being a customer. She noticed a misspelling in my email address that 3 other people had never noticed (after the 3rd person said “everything looks fine” years ago I gave up), updated my home address and preferred location as well (1 out of 100s of visits I went to Parker but that was selected as my preference somehow). Above and beyond service!

Love this location the staff is amazing. They had to change my person because Shelly was out sick and it was nice that they called to advise me. Lauren was great very soft spoken and it was relaxing

Erica is one of the best massage therapists i have had. I always leave feeling relaxed and mentally well. The receptionist is great, too. She always makes me feel welcome and gets my next appointment set.
