Hand and Stone

I am always treated respectfully and greeted promptly. Lauren does my facial- always asks how my skin is feeling and if I have any problems. She tells what she is applying as she goes through the steps so I know everything.

I was very impressed with Amanda. She made me feel very comfortable being it has been a very long time since I have had a massage. She was professional, friendly and answered all of my questions. She made me feel amazing! Disappointed I can’t see her for awhile but I understand her situation. Because of her, I signed up for a membership. I’m looking forward to taking the time I realized I need for me with the help of all of the services you have offered. Thank you to all of your staff!

Great service and great spa. Price is a bit high now, was more than a 20% increase over what I paid in January ($89.95 then vs $109.95 now), which is quite drastic IMO. Went with my mom and she wanted to add hot stones to her treatment but her therapist told her she didn’t do hot stones. That was a surprise.

I was just barely on time for my appointment, as I was careless in the time leading up to it. When I got there, the staff was very accommodating and were clearly expecting me. They were very knowledgable about the services and add-ons offered, and engaged in friendly dialogue with me prior to and after my massage.

The receptionist and my service provider were very friendly and professional My service provider was very knowledgeable and helpful with advice and suggestions for next steps in my skin care

Was not kept waiting, Therapist was on time. Pressure was perfect. Had been in some very stressful weeks and needed some quiet, relaxing time, which I got. No unnecessary chatter.

good service, clean surroundings and friendly staff and massage therapist. Liked the idea that they ask about what is specifically the problem area. the shop is loicated in a good area.

Linda is a wonderful massage therapist; she really listens and works areas that you request. I find the whole Hand and Stone experience to be friendly, relaxing, and pressure free.
