My therapist listened to what I had to say and tailored the massage to fit. She was very receptive to my body feedback in terms of applying the correct degree of pressure. Was very honest about the need for a longer session (or a repeat visit) to continue working on the snag of knots my body has created.

Appreciate the caring nature of both the massage therapist and esthetician.

Amanda was great, really helped me feel better. Such a pleasure to talk to her as well. Will be making another appt with her again :)

Every time I come to H&S it’s a pleasant experience. I was in there again today and I was sitting in the waiting room thinking, I’m really happy I signed up for this monthly membership!!! The receptionists are soooooo nice (especially Sue!) and I’ve really liked every therapist/aesthetician that I’ve seen.

The staff were extremely helpful and welcoming. The location is convenient to me in Castle Rock. The treatment I received was relaxing and enjoyable.

Friendly, efficient, and clean. Good masseuse who gave a great massage. It felt like the facility was Covid-19 safe.

The rooms are clean and my therapist, Erica, always talks to me before we begin. I like that she wants to know what I need and she is a great therapist. I am pleased with the service.
