Hand and Stone

I really appreciated the extra knowledge that my therapist (Stephen) brought to the practice. He used Active Release Technique which really opened up my rotator cuffs and gave me back some shoulder mobility that I had thought was lost for good.

I used a gift card, not sure what my daughter paid, but it doesn’t matter. I told the therapist of the problem areas and he worked them out! I no longer have pain!

I've been coming to Hand and Stone for almost a year on a regular basis. Parking is always available, the staff is very helpful (i.e. opening the door) which is heavy, they are always cheerful and most helpful. My therapist, Brandy, is always on time, very friendly, thoughtful, and the facilities are immaculate. My massage sessions are always fabulous and I leave feeling wonderfully relaxed. I am thankful that a friend from Northglenn told me about Hand and Stone and I was delighted to find one in Castle Rock. My win!!!!!

I absolutely loved the experience. Scarlet got my neck back in order amd moving more comfortably. I was able to relax after the massage because I was able to finally relax my neck.

The therapist was excellent, she listened to what I was needing and hit all the right spots to make me feel the most relaxed. She did and excellent job and I would highly recommend her for anyone who would go there

Amanda was amazing! She is very knowledgeable and was able to find problem areas. I will definitely be requesting to see her for all of my follow up appointments.
