Impressed with massage therapist

I walked away from my former massage contract with another company. This one is equivalent in terms of cost but it seems that there are more therapists and times available for scheduling. I also appreciated the product used during the massage.

I am satisfied with the service provided because, I get to be pampered by professionals that have the knowledge to make my skin look and feel great. Also addressing my skins individual needs ,and being able to ask the pricing at the time . Also just making me feel special.

The facial was warm, relaxing and moisturizing. I was happy to have the day off and be and to get am appointment on shirt notice. All employees that day were over the top with kindness.

Staff is kind, spa is clean, the massage was very relaxing. I’m asked how I am doing often- table temp ok? pressure ok? Places to avoid? Places to focus? Here’s a hot rag, want water?

My experiences here are always the best. Super friendly staff. Fast check in and wait times. Has a wonderful atmosphere to decompress and unwind. Embodies the true meaning of “me time”.

The massage therapist provides excellent service. I appreciate the safety measures being put in place as a response to COVID-19. I'm hopeful these continue in the future.

This is an exceptional location. The staff are friendly and professional. My massage therapist did a fantastic job. Location is clean and follows Covid guidelines.

The only issue I had was that it took me a little while to actually get someone on the phone to be able to schedule the appointment. Once I got someone, it was great. Once I arrived at the location, I did not get called back into my room until 10 minutes after I was supposed to get started. However, the massage therapist I got was OUTSTANDING. I came home from my appointment and pulled out my calendar and called the location back to set another 80 minute massage a week and half from now.
