Everyone is really friendly and welcoming. I can ask questions about the procedure and/or products and feel I am getting a completely honest answer not a sales pitch. I always look forward and am so excited for each visit.

Very satisfied with everything except the fact that the head board was broken and keep moving.

I was on the verge of cancelling my membership because I could not log in to the website and book an appointment & was not satisfied with the last two therapists I have seen. The receptionist and Sean changed my mind. I will now only see Sean.

Scarlet was my message therapist. She was excellent. She identified the tighter muscles and worked effectively to reduce the stress/tightness in the muscle group. I would book wit Scarlet in the future.
