generally experienced and competent therapists.. one has to prepared to a wide variety of skill level.. but that shouldn't be a surprise or unexpected... overall the service is a good value and well worth it.

This is a great location and I feel very comfortable here. The therapists are always great and responsive to my needs.

Delightful front desk welcoming and upon departure. The therapist is very good and will chat a little bit and also remains quiet after a few minutes of conversation.

The receptionist and esthetician were both very welcoming. This was my first facial and Emily was very thorough in explaining my choices and her procedures. I felt extremely comfortable.

Both the receptionist and, Debbie, the massage therapist were very communicative and made me feel comfortable during my first visit to Hand & Stone. Debbie is an excellent massage therapist and provided a deep tissue massage unless I indicated otherwise. The receptionist explained the monthly program well to me.

Bryanna is awesome, she does a great job and always makes me feel comfortable. She makes varying recommendations and I can decide based on cost, value and my skins unique needs at the time of the appointment.

I had never had a facial until I went to Hand and Stone, and I have had the best experience with Emily. She make sure I understand everything that she’s doing and she always makes my experience amazing
