Upon checking out the receptionist was very helpful in my becoming a member.

The therapist was very knowledgeable, kind, and listened to exactly what it was I needed during our session

It was a lovely experience from start to finish. The ambiance is soothing, elegant and welcoming. The receptionist was friendly and the young woman who gave me the facial was well informed, kind and professional.

very pleasant room perfect touch on my face everything used on my face felt great at the age of 80 this is my first facial and guess what, I want to do it again!

I go to one massage therapist and she is exceptional

Overall, there is good customer service at this Hand and Stone location. If a esteichian or massage therapist is behind schedule I have received free services to make up for it.

With the fast pace of life every time I visit, it’s my oasis. Time for me to take a deep breath and let someone else pamper me.
