Good morning, I want to give you some feedback in regards to how my appointment went. I want to first and foremost let you know that the woman at the front desk was extremely welcoming, professional and knowledgeable. This was my first time ever having a facial and she made me feel so welcome. My appointment with Alexis went so amazing as well. She made me feel welcome, relaxed and took amazing care of me. She was knowledgeable and answered all of my questions. I was so nervous being my first time and she was patient and explained everything so well. I will definitely be back and referring people to come as well. It has been a long time since I have had a WOW experience. Thank you so very much
