I've been going to this hand and stone since the beginning of 2020, and I have always loved the amount of care I have gotten. They treat me so well, understanding and fulfill my needs and I love it.

Even though this was located in a strip mall, the place was very nice inside, people were very friendly and professional and there was no hard sell In buying products. I like the fact that they have discounted coupons since I am a senior citizen and on Social Security.

The staff from beginning to end is always so friendly and welcoming. I’ve had the best massages and the therapist always does well focusing on the problem areas. Love this place.

The Englewood H&S is fantastic and I look forward to my monthly massage with Vanessa!

The therapist was very knowledgeable and helped with the pain and stress I was feeling.

First off, thank you for sending this survey! I was actually going to call the salon to give my feedback, until I noticed this come through via email. I wanted to say that my facial at Hand and Stone was one of the best I have EVER received! I scheduled a general facial, and I wanted to do an add-on of maybe an LED light? I wasnt sure what exactly my skin needed, but once Emily assessed, she did what was needed, and it was absolutely fabulous! I loved Emily; she was kind and very knowledgeable. But again, THAT FACIAL! I felt and noticed a difference immediately and the next day my skin looked even better; I scheduled my next appt with her before I left the salon. I cancelled my membership, but I am thinking of starting up again so that I can see Emily more!

The welcoming experience from the time I walked in the door. The water and tea options, as well as chocolates available while waiting. The check out process and joining the membership.

This was my first facial and my esthetician made me feel very comfortable and explained what she was doing as she went. The front desk staff was very friendly.
