I think the quality of the staff and services are great! As a member I am more likely to keep up with the self care and take the time.

Very relaxing, very friendly staff

I got my massage yesterday and it was amazing! I felt so relaxed and stress free, and my body feels so nice and loose today. It was exactly what I needed!

The reception staff is always very nice and welcoming. Kendra is who I usually see for a massage and I have found her to be the most knowledgeable therapist I have ever seen. She clearly explains what she is doing, which I find very helpful. I always leave feeling better than when I arrived. The only minor comment I would make is with your use of iPads and having to click through the menus. With Covid I believe many people don't want to touch anything unless absolutely necessary. It would be nice if you could figure out a way to do this with a mobile app in advance of each appointment or something else. Overall, I am VERY satisfied with my experiences at this location.

Carrissa is great, very knowledgeable and keeps the appointment time, never runs late and if she does she apologizes. I will continue my membership and continue to book with Carissa for as long as I can.

The staff at the Englewood Colorado location are very friendly and make your experience very relaxing and enjoyable. The massage therapist was very knowledgeable and very accurate at addressing my problem areas. I would like to see more spa water type music played with the option of additional oils and scents offered.
