The staff at the Federal location is always so kind. I have to end my membership however since I will be moving and the location is not convenient for me to visit and the location that is near me I did not have a good experience.

Close to home Nice facility I like my therapist. She has been solving my problems both w skin and back issues. Very knowlegeable about vertigo.

Anya is highly experienced in lymphoma and is helping the swelling in my legs. She is knowledgeable and so pleasant.

Therapist was helpful, made suggestions, offered advice. Therapist applied demonstrated knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and kinesiology. Therapist was patient, thorough, and very kind.

Loved Jordan behind the desk got me to become a member and bought a gift card for July marleal not sure of the spelling was my massage therapist she gave me her hours yeah

Therapist was excellent.

Excellent massage which dealt with areas where I'm tense both in general and after running a half marathon days before.

Membership used to be $59.95 a month, now its 79.95, I can't justify paying that right now when my husband isn't working

I had a great experience. I only went because I had a gift certificate. It's great, but pricey, especially once you add "add ons", so I doubt I'll return soon. I go when there are sales/deals etc... I did have some trouble booking. I received an email gift certificate and they location was unable to locate the gift certificate. I had to sift through old emails to find it. Had I not found it (if it was deleted) I wouldn't have been able to use it. That doesn't seem like an effective way to track gift cards. But it all worked out. The facial itself was great!
